We stand behind Equine Power with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

• Email support@equinepower.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
• Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved (and any required return is received), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing date by contacting support@equinepower.com.
